We hope you love what your ordered, but we know that's not always the case.  We will gladly accept returns for purchases made within the last 45 days. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If damaged, worn, or open items are returned, we may not be able to process your refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of any customized goods such as custom jerseys. 

In order to process your return, please click here or go to IvyShop.com/Returns-Portal and enter your order number and zip code. From there, you will be able to follow the steps to print a UPS return label and ship back to us via your nearest UPS Store, dropbox, or pickup as you would any other package. Please note, a $6.99 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping and handling. Alternatively, you may bring your product to our stores to process a return free of charge.

 

Exchanges

If you love your new Ivy Shop item, but just need a new size or color, we'd be happy to process an exchange for you. In order to ensure you get the item you're looking for, please contact us via ivyshop.com/contact-us to order your replacement item. Then, please proceed to return your original item following the process above.

We will bill your credit card for the replacement item and ship it to you free of charge. When we receive your returned item, we will refund the purchase amount back to your original method of payment. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
