Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love what your ordered, but we know that's not always the case. We will gladly accept returns for purchases made within the last 30 days. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If damaged, worn, or open items are returned, we may not be able to process your refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of any customized goods such as custom jerseys.
Our returns process is currently under construction. Temporarily, processing a return will require you to reach out via ivyshop.com/contact-us in order to process your return. Please note, we charge a fee of $7.99 for return shipping and handling.
If you love your new Ivy Shop item, but just need a new size or color, we'd be happy to process a return for you. In order to ensure you get the item you're looking for, please contact us via ivyshop.com/contact-us to order your replacement item. Then, please proceed to return your original item following the process above.
We will bill your credit card for the replacement item and ship it to you free of charge. When we receive your returned item, we will refund the purchase amount back to your original method of payment (minus the $7.99 return fee). Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
