We hope you love what your ordered, but we know that's not always the case. We will gladly accept returns for purchases made within the last 45 days. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If damaged, worn, or open items are returned, we may not be able to process your refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of any customized goods including custom jerseys. 

In order to process your return, please click enter your email and full order number (#CEC1234) below to find your order. From there, you will be able to follow the steps to print a UPS return label and ship your item back to us. Please note, a $6.99 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping and handling. Alternatively, you may bring your product to our stores to process a return free of charge. Exchanges

If you love your new Ivy Shop item, but just need a new size or color, we'd be happy to process a free exchange for you. In order to ensure you get the item you're looking for, please enter your email and your full order number (#CEC1234) below and select exchange to order your replacement item.
