What makes Ivy Shop different?

Our passion for unique design, materials, and collaboration brought our vision of Ivy Shop to life. We wanted to create a store curated for Cubs fans, for those who understand that baseball is meant to be played during the day and know the magic of stepping into the seats and seeing the bricks and ivy. 


Our goal is to find unique gear and apparel celebrating the legacy of Wrigley Field and the Cubs you can't find anywhere else and showcase it alongside the Authentic Collection of on-field jerseys and apparel licensed by Major League Baseball. We are the one-stop shop for showing off your fandom from gameday to everyday, from the office to ballpark and everywhere in between. 

What if I can't find what I'm looking for?

What size should I order?

Lucky for you, we have a handy size guide at IvyShop.com/Sizing that can assist with many of our hats and jerseys. If that doesn't have what you're looking for, we'd be more than happy to help you figure out the perfect fit!

What is the status of my order?

After you place your order, our team starts working to pack and ship your order. Once your order is in the mail, we will send you an email with your tracking number that will allow you to track your order from door to door. 

Why don't all my products ship together?

Sometimes we have products in stock at different locations or may need to customize a product for you. In order to get your gear to you as fast as possible, you may occasionally have these items mailed to you separately. 

Do you have expedited shipping?

Yes! For all items except for jerseys, we are able to ship via expedited 2-day air, as long as you order before 5PM CST. We do not offer expedited shipping on jerseys at this time. Due to the current environment, shipping may take longer than generally anticipated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

How can I return or exchange an item?

We hope you love your new order from Ivy Shop, but we know that's not always the case. If you need a new size or a refund, go to IvyShop.com/Returns and follow the instructions to process a return or exchange. From there you can print a shipping label and mail your product back to us. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note that some items may not be eligible for returns - please see our Returns page for more details.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is entered into our system and begins to be shipped, we cannot change or cancel the order. Please reach out to our support team via IvyShop.com/Contact-Us if you need assistance.

Do you take international orders?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to make international shipments, but we are working on it! Please check back in the future.
